  • Once your order is placed, the order confirmation and details will be sent to your email and WhatsApp number (the one provided for parcel delivery).
  • Please also check your email’s spam/junk folder in case the message isn’t in your inbox.
  • Your tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp (to the same number provided for delivery) approximately within 4 days after placing your order.
  • You can then use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the respective courier company’s tracking portal.
